Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Project management of ongoing customer projects
- Time, resource, travel and budget management
- Coordination of customer appointments and deadlines
- Development of program management and continuous improvement of workflows
- Support for workshops and projects on work and organizational efficiency
- Preparation, follow-up and creation of documentation
Who we are looking for
- Commercial education or degree in business administration, communication or marketing
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in project management, an agency environment or executive assistance
- Knowledge of agile project and team management and/or lean management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong team orientation and ability to work independently
- Confident use of digital work and collaboration tools in the MS Office Suite
- Language skills: German and English fluent

Expert Communications & Change

Responsibilities
- Planning, creation, implementation and follow-up of communication concepts in crisis and change communication
- Development and implementation of communication formats for international, cross-interface collaboration
- Creation of workshop materials and support in conducting workshops and training
- Conception and co-design of interactive employee formats and events (e.g. town halls, digital workshops)
- Support in creating and implementing quantitative and qualitative methods for organizational development, e.g. employee surveys
Who we are looking for
- Experience in strategic communication and storytelling, preferably in crisis communication, to support change processes and change management with targeted communication
- Degree in the fields of communication, marketing or business psychology
- Independent way of working, enjoys working in a team
- Language skills: German and English business fluent
- Strong communication and coordination skills
